There are 10 warehouse showrooms in total.

The warehouse showrooms offer three floorplans, 4 warehouse at 212m2, 4 warehouse at 218m2 and 2 warehouses at 276m, providing customisable spaces to suit your specific business requirements.

All warehouses have water, 3-phase power and NBN.  All warehouses are individually metered with their own electrical distribution board and water meter.

Each warehouse unit has a kitchenette, shower, and separate toilet, with colour coordinated cabinetry, benchtops, and tapware etc.

All warehouses are fitted with economy LED high bay lighting.

Yes, all warehouses have a mezzanine.  These are fitted out to an office standard.  Features include reverse cycle air conditioning, carpet, plastered walls and LED lighting. Warehouses 1 & 10 have a mezzanine level of 105m2 as well as louvered and fixed windows. Warehouses 2-5 have a mezzanine level of 64m2. Warehouses 6-9 have a mezzanine level of 70m2. Warehouses 1 & 10 have 4 car spaces allocated, 2 undercover and 2 are numbered in the central parking area.  Warehouse 2-9 have 3 car spaces allocated, 2 undercover and 1 is numbered in the central parking area. Visitor and PWD car spaces have also been provided.
